Food and training plan starts now!!

Over the next 5days try this
Wake up
take 1000mg vit C
X4 fish oils
X6 bcaas
eat x3 eggs and spinach x2 large class if water

Go for a 40 min run
Come back and do x30 crunches
X20 oblique crunch each side
Hold a hover for 1min
Repeat 4 sets

Shower and start your day.

Mid morning have a green tea with lemon
Raw Almonds but just a small handful

For lunch have chicken x1 breast with a large salad no dressing

Mid afternoon x2 large glass of water

After work
Take x6 bcaas
x4 fish oils
Train at the gym either a class or a 45 Minute weights circuit .

Diner eat only fish and veg and green tea

Take 1000mg vit C
X4 ZMA'S
X4 fish oils

It's a good start to a routine of great eating and clean leaving whilst using your class's as part of your training.

If your really good you could give it a go for 21 days.

Post your before and after waist measurements and weight as a starting point and then again once you have finished.

Feel free to mix up your chicken with, pork, lamb, beef, veal, duck,

However do not add anything no miss any meals.
