Hi warriors!.
Its been a long time in the making but i have finally decided to start a blog.
It would be totally cool if you could try out some of these training regimes and then let me know what you think - especially about the intensity!
As often as I can I will update what’s going on in “Dan and Rach’s world”, add photos, video footage, stories and much more.

ReplyDeleteLove the blog so far Dan!
ReplyDeleteAWESOME. Welcome to the blogosphere, Dan. Look forward to following your Combat adventures here and elsewhere. Love the training tips. Now where can I find a massive chain like that? :)
ReplyDeleteHey Dan
ReplyDeleteLike many instructors, teaching is something I do out of passion. BodyCombat is my passion. Sometimes, life gets in the way...wish I could devot myself full time to the craft but I have to pay the bills. What advice do you have for those of us who are limited with training time? I have 1 to 2 hours a day for working out and that is often filled with teaching either Body Combat or Pump.
