Muscles used: shoulders, back, core, hips
Good for: simulating arm bars in MMA, BJJ, grip strength and conditioning
Level: advanced
Suggested reps: 20 x 5 sets
Issues: grip fatigue, hard to breath, prevent your self from to much "swinging"
