Myself and Susan trainor are the new PROGRAM DIRECTORS for this awesome 30min express class.
Its intense yet doable, its edgy yet simple, I am very pleased to be apart of this hard working process. Creating a program from nothing is a real challenge!
1) what would it look , feel sound like?
2) the structure?
3) the target market
These are just some of the hurdles we have faced, not to mention initial training, filming, clothing marketing ect:
But.... very pleased to say ITS COMING TO A GYM NEAR YOU SOON!

Can't wait to check it out! I'm sure coming from you guys it will be amazing! Our members are always looking for more ways to challenge themselves & be more fit...this should do both!
ReplyDeleteI love it! I teach core classes on a daily basis and some of my Personal Training and Body Sculpt clients are holding a moving 5 minute plank. IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT part of your body!
ReplyDeleteI think a 'tag-along' abs/core would be great to add to some classes
ReplyDeleteThinking about "core"-classes it would certainly attract more men into the group fitness thing, but also the busy busy busy members as you could tag along a simple effective class. If I could, I would bring this class to my club asap. Have fun & do you best to create another life changing program
ReplyDeleteYay! Can't wait to try it!!
