CX30

CX30 release 4! Is in the bag!.. Biggest turn out so far and including the 3 bonus tracks CX30 is an amazing work out that gets the job done! Options became the theme for this release !.. Tell the world anyone and everyone can do CX30!

    Oooh bonus tracks? What's that about. I'll be teaching CX30 release 02 sneak peaks coming two weeks with our big launch on May 16th ... going to be fun! Just need to work on track 6 timing, that's hard to get right.

    I love CX30! This program by far has kicked my core into phenomenal shape and I am certified in 4 Les Mills programs.
