Training

So I've been secretly training for something awesome and my body shape has changes very quickly.. I'd thought I'd share some tips .
I call this one insane

Insane

1min pushups
1min deadlifts
1min burpee
1min heavy squats
1min cycle crunch
1min bench press
1min weighted side lunge
1min clean and press
1min back raise
1mim dead row
2 min recovery
X3 rounds
Equals 36 minute work out

  2. I imagine you have to have a barbell handy - or do you do this at the gym? How do you set up the area so you can transition through these?
