I wasn't doing CrossFit before so.. this composition made me tired quick. I was usually focused on personal training, running, swimming, group fitness classes. The hardest part was the end..no breakfast, just protein shake and small bottle of water..and my legs needed break. Thanks for this one, looking forward to try another one :-)
