Dans workout challenge #2

Hi warriors try this work out
For time:
100 burpeees
100 thrusters- 30kg men
17kg women
100 plyo squat jump
3 mile fast pace run
Only x1 set

Try it and then post your time.

    what was the hardest part you found?

  3. I wasn't doing CrossFit before so.. this composition made me tired quick. I was usually focused on personal training, running, swimming, group fitness classes. The hardest part was the end..no breakfast, just protein shake and small bottle of water..and my legs needed break. Thanks for this one, looking forward to try another one :-)
