To any that are newly trained in either CXWORX or BODYCOMBAT ...
Congratulations to you.
For those that have been teaching for 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and one taught bc for 11 years?? Any of you learnt one release 1? And are still teaching the program? If so amazing!!

    My wish for you is that not only you stay with the fight (because I know you will) but that you also stay true to yourself.

    You are an inspiration to so many people around the world that's something to be proud of!
