New year challenge

Dans workout challenge to you all for the start of the new year.
The challenge is to complete this workout.

X 50 pushup burpees
X 70 jump switch plyo lunge
X 90 clean and press 15kg each side for men and: 8 and half kg each side for the girls.
X 50 standard push ups
X 5 min hover
X 100 dead lifts same weight as clean and press
X 250 body weight full range squats
X 50 hand stand push ups( I do them in sets of 10)
Rules;
1: good form
2; you must to the correct numbers
3: push your self

  1. for the clean and press and deadlift, do we use an olympic bar (~20kg) or a body pump one?

  2. Any alternates for people who can't do handstands? Like feet on a bench or something similar?

  6. i just done the challenge but didn't do all reps. But it was enough to know where i stand for next time i do it.
