2=cross
3=front hook
4=rear roundhouse
5=rear knee
6=push kick any leg
7=switch knee, front leg
8=switch roundhouse , front
Leg

- is front upper cut
+is back arm upper cut

Right hook= right hook( when your in orthodox)

Left hook = left hook ( when your in southpaw).

Red= front elbow
Black = rear elbow

There are many more numbers , however these are just the basics.

Body shot
Change every 30 seconds

With 1min recovery in between.

    Are there any Youtube videos you like of the switch roundhouse, front leg? I typically do it with my back leg, meaning I switch feet and then roundhouse with the back leg- which was originally the front leg.
