A home made healthy Protein bar
X1 cup oats rolled organic- however if your wanting slightly higher carbs ad 1/4 cup of granola
X2 scoops protein powder
X1/2 cup of shaved almonds
X1/2 cup dried cranberry - unsweetened
Mix in a dry bowl
X1/4 cup coconut milk
X1/2 cup strong dark clean 70% chocolate
X1/2 cup cashew butter
X1/4 apple sauce- unsweetened
X1/8 vanilla essence
Warmup in the oven if you don't use a microwave , until the chocolate has melted,
Then stir REALY well.
Mix the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
Then place onto baking paper in a dish and refrigerate for 30 mins or until hard.
Cut into sections and enjoy!
