so i've been Paleo now for 22 days and going really strong.
to keep me interested i've been creating different recipes.
and here's another one! protein cookies..
3/4 cup of fine ground almonds
2 scoops protein powder
1 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 cup walnuts
hand full dried dates
1 egg
1/4 cup of coconut milk
put all ingredients into a mixer
The texture wants to be lumpy, then put on a baking tray on baking paper, well actually i used foil cause Im a man and baking paper is only for chicks.
Use a tea spoon and place on the tray little lumps of the mixture it will make about 10 or so.
Put into the oven on a medium heat for about 15 mins, the cookies will not flatten like normal cookies! they will just stay in the lumps you started with..
but then BOOOOOM protein cookies..
