Tonight's training.
5 rounds of;
X12 front squat ( 100lb)
X2 45m farmer walk
X20 sit ups
X12 tricep bar

5 rounds




All wearing a 15kg challenge suit and x2 10lb weight jackets



Then into the torturing bullet track x4 400m climbs




Suit comes off

Into

Combo
X8 back squat (130lb)
X30 double unders
X12 tricep bar
For 5 rounds

Finally

5 rounds of max effort strict pull up.
